A drug-free school is one that fosters an environment where every student can feel safe, secure and contribute positively towards achieving their goals. Everything we do contributes towards shaping the kind of life we want to lead in future. Drug abstinence will enable us to achieve our best and move forward with a clear conscience and renewed hope in society.

In addition, it is important that we take care of our mental health as much as our physical wellbeing. We must learn to seek help for each other even when seeking help is not the easiest thing to do.

When we offer help, support and care to others, we stand a better chance of achieving our own goals in life. Let us work together to make our school a place where everyone feels encouraged to take up responsibility and work towards making the school and the society at large a better place. In our individual ways, let us make an effort to keep our school drug-free and promote good mental health hence enabling everyone to pursue their dreams and aspirations fearlessly.

Mental Health Matters Just as Much as Physical Health 🧠💪

Mental health is just as important as physical health.
A healthy mind helps us make better decisions ✅, build strong relationships ❤️, and reach our goals 🎯.

When we take care of our mental health, we learn to connect — not only with our family 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦, but also with our classmates 👥, teachers 👩‍🏫, and the people around us 🌍.
This helps us create a safe 🤝 and respectful school 🏫 where everyone feels valued, heard, and understood.

Our choices also matter.
Choosing a drug-free lifestyle 🚫💊 means choosing the right path toward a better and successful future ✨.
But if we choose the wrong path, it can turn our lives upside down 😔.
It doesn’t just affect us — it also hurts our family, friends, and schoolmates 💔.

Ang CARE CENTER bilang isang ligtas, magiliw, at mapagkalingang lugar sa paaralan kung saan maaaring lumapit ang mga mag-aaral upang makatanggap ng gabay, suporta, at tulong para sa kanilang personal, sosyal, emosyonal, akademiko, at pangkarerang pangangailangan.

𝙇𝙖𝙮𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙣 𝙣𝙜 𝘾𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝘾𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙚𝙧?

Ang pangunahing layunin ng CARE CENTER ay:

✅Magbigay ng counseling at psychosocial support sa mga mag-aaral.
✅Tumulong sa pagharap sa mga suliranin sa paaralan, tahanan, at komunidad.
✅Magbigay ng tamang referral sa mga kaukulang opisina o eksperto kung kinakailangan.
✅Palakasin ang kakayahan ng mga mag-aaral na gumawa ng mabubuting desisyon at maabot ang kanilang buong potensyal.

Maaaring pumunta ang isang mag-aaral sa CARE CENTER kung:

✅Nakararanas ng stress, pag-aalala, o kalungkutan.
✅May suliraning akademiko o pang-aral.
✅May problema sa pamilya o pakikipagkaibigan.
✅Nahaharap sa bullying, cyberbullying, o anumang uri ng pang-aabuso.
✅Nangangailangan ng gabay sa pagpili ng kurso o karera.

The transformation of the traditional perception of the school Guidance Office into a more learner-centered and supportive CARE CENTER.

Through a humorous yet meaningful comparison of the past and present the images emphasizes the evolving role of school-based guidance and counseling services in promoting mental health, well-being, and positive student development.

The message “More CARE, Less SCARE” symbolizes the shift from a culture of fear to a culture of compassion. It highlights that the CARE CENTER is a place where learners are valued, heard, respected, and encouraged to grow academically, socially, emotionally, and mentally.

The acronym CARE further reinforces the center's core values:

C – Connect: Building meaningful relationships and ensuring every learner feels heard.
A – Accept: Creating an inclusive environment where students feel welcomed and understood.
R – Respect: Honoring the dignity, individuality, and experiences of every learner.
E – Empower: Equipping students with the skills, confidence, and support needed to overcome challenges and achieve success.

In RA 12080 we must encourages students, parents, and school personnel to view the CARE CENTER not as a place of punishment, but as a trusted partner in every learner’s journey toward resilience, growth, and success.
