First time joining this kind of competition at !
At first, we were unsure and felt unprepared, and of course, very nervous because it was our first time to compete. We knew that the other schools were already well-experienced and well-exposed to competitions, which made us doubt ourselves.
But through the encouragement of our Provincial Director, Ma’am Vilma Cabrera, and the trust she gave us, we finally decided to join.
Thank you to our trainer, Ma’am Joy M. Billedo, for giving your all in preparing our trainee.
To our very dedicated trainee, Esme Ucol, you truly made us proud. We saw your dedication, hard work, patience, and perseverance. You gave your best in representing Ubaldo Training and Assessment Center Corp. Your skills and attitude toward your craft made you shine in this competition. We are looking forward to your bright future in baking — you are so talented and skillful!
