ATTENTION 4TH YEAR STUDENTS

The Office of Student Affairs would like to conduct a survey to collect information on the willingness and readiness of fourth-year students to participate in the upcoming Summer Supplemental Class. The aforementioned course is required for graduation. This event will take place from 26 July to 25 August 2022 (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays) at the PhilSCA Basa Air Base Satellite Campus in Palmayo, Floridablanca, Pampanga.

Please respond to this survey questionnaire with honesty and sincerity. In accordance with RA No. 10173, also known as the Data Privacy Act of 2012, all of the personal information you provide on this questionnaire will be kept strictly confidential and used solely for the stated purpose.

Note: All 4th year students are required to answer the survey.

𝘽𝙚 𝙖𝙣 𝘼𝙞𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙤𝙧 𝘼𝙞𝙧𝙬𝙤𝙢𝙖𝙣!
𝗝𝗢𝗜𝗡 𝗔𝗡 𝗔𝗜𝗥 𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗘 🇵🇭

Take the lead and soar as one, with the Philippine Air Force (PAF) one of the three service branches of the Armed forces of the Philippines (AFP).

As far as we know there are 3 ways to join the Philippine Air Force:

1. Through PMA
One of the most popular ways for you to join the Philippine Air Force is through the Philippine Military Academy, in which upon graduating in its four year program you shall commissioned as an officer.

2. Through PAFOCS
The Officer Candidate Course (OCC) offered by the Philippine Air Force Officer Candidate School (PAFOCS), accepts any college graduate willing to undergo training for a period of 15 months. Upon graduation cadets in this course are commissioned as officers in the PAF.

3. Through Enlistment
Like their counter parts in the Navy and Army, the enlisted personnel make the majority of the Philippine Air Force, employing people with diverse set of backgrounds and skills whether they be Highschool or College Graduates.
