All enrolled first-year students are advised to register for the Campus Biometric Turnstile System during their scheduled Physical Examination.

Registration Schedule

Morning Session: 9:00 AM – 11:00 AM
Afternoon Session: 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM

Requirements

• One (1) Valid ID
• Certificate of Registration (COR)

Kindly look for Mr. Ryle Querubin or Mr. Rhean June Bermudo, who will assist you with the fingerprint enrollment process.

Please refer to your Physical Examination schedule for your assigned date and time.

The biometric registration is required to ensure campus security and provide safe and efficient access to university facilities.

Welcome to the Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management (BSHM) Program!

For your Pre-Enrollment, please prepare and bring the following requirements:

📝 Submit ONE (1) set of photocopy for the Department of the following documents:
• PSA Birth Certificate
• Report Card
• Certificate of Good Moral Character

📁 Additional requirements:
• Two (2) pieces 2×2 ID pictures (white background)
• Long white folder

📌 Please ensure that all requirements are complete and properly arranged before submission.
