DATES: May 16 & 17, 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)
ARRIVAL: You must be at the venue one (1) hour before your scheduled time.

Bring a white long folder containing the following:
• Report Card: Machine copy (GWA of 88% or above)
• Birth Certificate: Machine copy (PSA/NSO)
• Identification: Machine copy of School ID or valid ID

Photo: One (1) 2x2 ID picture
Writing Materials: Ballpen and Pencil

🚫 STRICTLY PROHIBITED: Cellphones and calculators are NOT allowed inside the examination room.
👕 DRESS CODE: Proper attire is required. Shorts, sandos, sandals, and slippers are strictly prohibited.
📊 QUALIFYING FOR INTERVIEW: Only those who obtain a score of 60% and above will proceed to the interview stage.

L I S T of A P P L I C A N T S WHO WILL TAKE THE QUALIFYING EXAM FOR INCOMING FIRST YEAR STUDENTS FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026-2027 FOR THE BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN CIVIL ENGINEERING (BSCE) on MAY 16 AND 17, 2026 only (Saturday and Sunday)

Examinees are advised to come to the venue one (1) hour ahead of schedule. The applicants are to bring with them the following:
1. White long folder containing the following:
a. one (1) Machine copy of Report Card with GWA of 88 and above/Transcript of Records for Transferees
b. one (1) Machine copy of NSA authenticated Birth Certificate
c. one (1) Machine copy of School ID or any Valid ID
d. one (1) 2x2 ID Picture
2. Ball pen/Pencil

Cellphones and calculators are not allowed. No wearing of shorts, sandos, sandals and slippers
Only applicants obtaining a score of 60% will be interviewed, the schedule of which will be announced later. Only those who will pass the interview will be given a slot as one of the incoming first year students of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering for the First Semester of AY 2026-2027.

Dr./Eng’r. Zircon Culilang is one of the Outstanding NISU Faculty who received recognition during the PRAISE Awarding Ceremony this 22nd of April, 2026 at the NISU Main Campus in connection with the 4th NISU University Week Celebration.
