The Officers and Members of Santos E. Conag National High School Alumni Association strongly condemns the act of violence perpetrated against an Alumnus Carlos Conag Comedia. Fondly
called “Junjun” by us relatives is the current Vice President of the Association and one of the
descendants of the school’s founder - the late
Ex-Mayor Santos Edem Conag. He used to teach in the same school prior to his transfer to LGU-Esperanza as the head of GSO.

We are asking for all your prayers for the eternal repose of his soul and hopefully justice will be served at a soonest possible time.

Rest in Peace Junjun 🌿🙏🌿We joined Tita Jocy, Tito Carlos and siblings the grief and sorrow in this trying times.

Thank you to all Santosians and Alumni members for sharing your blessings and generousity. Special thanks to SECNHS School Head Rebecca Dela Bajan Conag for such great initiative, to SECNHS teaching and non-teaching force (which most of you contributed not just your time but financially) and to all volunteers.

As we are continously fighting this COVID1-9 crisis, we are also continuously begging for help from the people with capacity and in the position to help in whatever form it may be.

Let’s beat COVID-19, stay safe and follow the advices of our health experts and government leaders.

To All Santosians:

The numbers of COVID-19 infected persons in the country keep on increasing. With this, I am announcing that our 5th Grand Alumni Homecoming scheduled on April 29-30, 2020 is postponed indefinitely.

As we still have little funds from last homecoming, I am proposing that the SECHNS Alumni will donate two (2) sacks of rice - that will be distributed to our less-fortunate and indigent kababayans. The donation will be coursed thru the office of MSWD-LGU Esperanza.

I need the concurrence of the majority of the officers and batch representatives.

With the recent declaration of President Duterte placing the entire Philippines under a state of public health emergency as the number of confirmed coronavirus cases in the country keeps on increasing, may I propose the CANCELLATION of our 5th Grand Alumni Homecoming scheduled on April 29-30, 2020.

For everyone’s concurrence and understanding.

For now, let’s stay safe and cooperate with the government’s efforts to contain the virus.
