The TLC through the years...
Theresemarie Learning Center is committed to serve the community by providing basic foundation of education during the formative years of the child and to inculcate "Culture of Excellence."
TLC believes that the child is the center of the educational process and the teacher as facilitator who should be well-trained and well-compensated.
There should be adequate facilities and equipment in order to promote meaningful learning.
