📌 Who can apply?
✅ Teachers / Para-teachers
✅ Pre-service Teachers
✅ Retired Teachers
✅ Licensed Professionals
✅ Non-Licensed Education Graduates
✅ College Graduates

📌 Qualifications:
✅ Ability to teach Reading and Mathematics
✅ Willingness to undergo mandatory training
✅ Good moral character
⭐ Preferred: tutoring experience, community resident, or subject specialization

📅 Important Dates:
• Orientation/Training: May 4-5, 2026
• Start of Implementation: May 6, 2026
