In view of Memorandum Circular No. 97 issued by the Office of the President, Malacañang, suspending work in government offices and classes at all levels in Metro Manila and other affected provinces on 22 September 2025 (Monday) due to Super Typhoon “Nando” and the Southwest Monsoon (Habagat), the earlier released Joint Memorandum No. 2, s. 2025 is hereby superseded.

Accordingly, work and classes in TUP Manila are suspended for the whole day tomorrow, September 22, 2025.
