📢 ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE FOR SCHOOL YEAR 2026–2027

We are pleased to announce the Enrollment Schedule for Incoming Grade 7, Grade 11, and Grades 8–10 for School Year 2026–2027. Please read the schedule and requirements carefully to ensure a smooth enrollment process.

📅 Schedule for Incoming Grade 7 & Grade 11

April 13–17, 2026 (Monday–Friday)
🕢 Time: 7:30 AM – 12:00 NN

April 13 – Incoming Grade 7 with Average Grade of 88 and above

April 14 – Graduates from A. Quezon Elementary School

April 15 – Graduates from J. Lukban Elementary School

April 16 – Graduates from EDSES

April 17 – Other Schools

📅 Schedule for Grades 8–10

April 20 – Grade 10

April 21 – Grade 9

April 22 – Grade 8

📝 Enrollment Procedure

1️⃣ Proceed to the designated room for the Literacy/Reading Test upon arrival.
2️⃣ Present your proof of taking the Literacy/Reading Test to the enrolling teacher.
3️⃣ Submit your required documents at the enrollment area to complete your enrollment.

✔️ Enrollment Form
✔️ Original SF9 (Report Card)
✔️ Copy of Grade 6 SF10
✔️ Clear Photocopy of Birth Certificate (PSA/NSO/Civil Registry)

📌 Note:
Repeater Grade 7, Balik-Aral, and Transferees must first proceed to the Guidance Office before enrollment.

Screening of Faltering Students

April 13–14 – Drop-Out

April 15–16 – Retained/Repeater

April 17 – Balik-Aral

April 20–21 – Unclassified

📍 Requirements:
• SF9 / Report Card
• Paper & Ballpen
• Proper haircut for boys
• Must be accompanied by a Parent/Legal Guardian

⏰ Session Times:
• 1st: 8:00–9:00 AM
• 2nd: 9:30–10:30 AM
• 3rd: 1:00–3:00 PM

🔬 SPECIAL SCIENCE (STE) ENTRANCE EXAM

🕢 Assembly: 7:30 AM
📝 Exam Starts: 8:00 AM
