ANNOUNCEMENT:

RELEASING OF SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMAS;

The Registrar's Office hereby informs all Senior High School graduates that the release of diplomas is now ongoing for graduates from SY 2017–2018 to SY 2024–2025.

Graduates are requested to follow the procedure below when claiming their diploma:
1. Proceed to the Accounting Office
Secure your Statement of Account (SOA) and ensure that all financial obligations have been fully settled.
2. Proceed to the SHS Secretary
Present your SOA for verification, signature, and confirmation that you have no remaining school obligations.
3. Proceed to the Registrar's Office
Submit the verified SOA and claim your diploma.

Important Reminder:
Diplomas shall be released only to graduates who have completed all financial and school clearance requirements.

For inquiries and assistance, please visit the Registrar's Office during office hours from 9am to 5pm. Thank you very much!
