Amidst the pandemic, we are one in the advocacy to promote fitness among teachers and students/pupils.

Theme: "Galaw Pilipinas- Alistong Isip at Aktibong Katawan"

Galaw Pilipinas: The DepEd National Calisthenics Exercise Programs, aims to promote an active lifestyle for Filipinos that will benefit both their physical and socioemotional well-being; improve strength, flexibility, cardiovascular endurance, coordination, and balance; enhance cultural awareness by integrating Philippine culture in the calisthenics exercises; and inculcate nationalism, unity and discipline.
