Enrile Vocational High School - Supreme Student Government UNESCO Club was once again recognized and awarded as one of the Outstanding UNESCO Club - Education Category (High School Level) by the National Coordinating Body of UNESCO Clubs in the Philippines, Inc. (NCBUCP), and was also given Certificate of Good Standing for complying successfully with the requirements for re-accreditation, during the International Assembly for Youth for UNESCO with the theme: SDG 14: Harnessing the Power of the Youth as Global Citizen to heal the OCEAN, held at Bayview Part Hotel, Manila Philippines, on December 9-11, 2023.

Ang Kagawaran ng Edukasyon ay kaisa ng buong bansa sa pagdiriwang ng Pambansang Buwan ng mga Katutubo sa bisa ng Presidential Proclamation 1906 s. 2009 na layong gunitain ang pagsasabatas ng Republic Act 8371 o ang The Indigenous Peoples Rights Act noong Oktubre 29, 1997.

May temang, “Kasaysayan, Karunungan, at Wika ng mga Katutubong Pamayanan: Mga Saligan ng Katutubong Pagkakakilanlan at Tulay Tungo sa Inklusibong Kaunlaran,” nais bigyang-diin ng Kagawaran ang patuloy na pakikiisa at suporta sa mga Katutubong Pamayanan sa pamamagitan ng Indigenous Peoples Education Program na nasa ikalawang dekada na ngayong 2022.
