1. Show us your best moves and perform the dancercise of Nestle wellness with the theme "Wellness is Life."
2. You may visit the Molugan NHS MAPEH for a video sample or search on youtube the sample dancercise wellness is life of Nestle Campus Wellness.
3. Please observe minimum health protocols such as wearing of face mask.
4. Please contact your adviser or MAPEH teacher for the submission of your video.

Family Category

1. Gather your family members at home and show us your best moves.
2. Perform the dancercise of Nestle wellness with the theme "Wellness is Life" with your family.
