LOCAL GUIDING SERVICES NC II - 196 HOURS / 25 DAYS
📝REQUIREMENTS:
1. 1 pc. photocopy of NSO/PSA-Certified Birth Certificate or Marriage Certificate
2. 3 pcs. 1×1 and 6 pcs. 2x2 picture (white background, wearing a collar)
3. Photocopy of Previous school Records (Form 137-A/HS card)
4. Certification that Family annual Income do not exceed to P300,000.
