𝐗𝐏𝐋𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐑𝐒' 𝐗𝐍𝐀𝐏𝐒 | 2nd YORP Assembly and Pitch Competition & 2026 International Youth Day (IYD) Youth Caravan

Huge congratulations to ISU Mathematical Society for winning 1st Place in the Pitch Competition during the 2026 International Youth Day Caravan and 2nd YORP Assembly held today, August 12, at SM City Cauayan!

Its innovative entry, "CocoFlour"
With a tagline, Sustainable Coconut Flour Production and Commercialization Initiative. From Sapal to CocoFlour: Adding Value to Isabela's Coconut Resources", proved that a math student's analytical mindset is a powerful tool for real-world agri-business solutions.

We also extend our immense gratitude to the Provincial Youth Development Office (PYDO) and its partnership for organizing this impactful platform that empowers youth innovation.

Bachelor of Science in Mathematics family is incredibly proud of this historic triumph❤️🤙.

𝐍𝐄𝐖𝐒 | ISU-E MathSoc clinches top spot in youth organization pitch competition

The ISU Mathematical Society won 1st Place in the Project Pitch Competition during the 2nd YORP Assembly today, August 12, 2026, at SM City Cauayan, in celebration of Buwan ng Kabataan and International Youth Day.

The winning entry, "𝗖𝗼𝗰𝗼𝗙𝗹𝗼𝘂𝗿," is a sustainable agri-business initiative that aims to turn coconut residue (sapal) into high-value flour to maximize Isabela’s local resources.

Alongside this victory, the ISU-E Mathematical Society has officially received its 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗿𝗲𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗬𝗼𝘂𝘁𝗵 𝗢𝗿𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗴𝗿𝗮𝗺 (𝗬𝗢𝗥𝗣) of the Provincial Government of Isabela.

This milestone highlights the organization's commitment to using analytical and mathematical skills to solve real-world agricultural challenges. This achievement is a shared success for the entire ISU MathSoc community and the local farmers it aims to support. Moving forward, the society remains dedicated to initiating projects that create a lasting and positive impact in the community.
