Jhon Bernard D. Ramirez, has clinched second place in News Writing Secondary Filipino during the 2024 Regional Schools Press Conference held at Tuguegarao City.

With the guidance of his coach Sharmaine I. Ualat, Ramirez was able to seal the second spot against 25 news writers in the region vying for the top five places.

He was awarded fifth place in the 2023 edition of RSPC at Lal-lo, Cagayan, elevating his spot in this year's edition.

The Echague National High School stands proud observing the effectiveness of the school's implementation of Special Program in Journalism (SPJ) and nurturing quality journalism advocates.
