📢 EQUAL Future at Work 💼✨
Today, our group conducted a presentation and informal survey about gender equality in the workplace as part of our Gender and Society advocacy project.
We discussed how stereotypes, discrimination, and unequal opportunities still affect many people in real working environments. Our goal is to spread awareness and encourage a more respectful, fair, and inclusive workplace for everyone. 🤝
We’re happy to share that all 27 participants supported our advocacy and agreed that workplace gender inequality is still an important issue today. Some participants also shared their own observations and experiences, making the discussion more meaningful and relatable. 💙
