Sa buwan ng Agosto, ating isabuhay ang Pagkakaisa—isang mahalagang pagpapahalaga na nagpapatibay sa ating paaralan at komunidad. Kapag tayo ay nagkakaisa, nabubuo ang tiwala, napapalago ang respeto, at mas nagiging handa tayong harapin ang anumang hamon nang sama-sama.

Tema: Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon

Malugod na nakikiisa ang Pangal Sur High School sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa 2026 ngayong buwan ng Agosto. Sa temang “Wikang Filipino at AI: Kasangkapan sa Pananaliksik at Tulay sa Yaman ng Impormasyon,” ating kinikilala ang mahalagang papel ng Wikang Filipino sa mabilis na umuunlad na mundo ng teknolohiya at Artificial Intelligence. Patuloy nating ipakita na ang ating wika ay hindi lamang salamin ng ating kultura at pagkakakilanlan, kundi isa ring makapangyarihang kasangkapan sa pananaliksik, inobasyon, at makabuluhang komunikasyon sa makabagong panahon.

Inaanyayahan ang lahat ng PSHSians na aktibong makiisa sa mga gawaing inihanda para sa pagdiriwang ng Buwan ng Wikang Pambansa. PROJECT TreeTY 2026: A Treaty for a Cause

Every tree planted is a promise of a greener future.

On July 30, 2026, Pangal Sur High School successfully conducted PROJECT TreeTY: A Treaty for a Cause, a tree-planting activity held within the school campus and at the school’s additional site. Spearheaded by Sir Jayson Olipas and Sir Nixon Pascua, the initiative brought together members of the school community in a shared commitment to environmental conservation.

The Pangal Sur High School community also extends its heartfelt appreciation to our School Head, Dr. Lizil A. Publico, School Principal I, for her unwavering support, visionary leadership, and continued encouragement in making programs like PROJECT TreeTY 2026 a success. Your dedication to fostering environmental awareness and community involvement continues to inspire both learners and educators alike.

As part of the activity, coconut, mango, and calamansi trees were planted to help promote a greener, healthier, and more sustainable environment while providing long-term ecological and community benefits. Pangal Sur High School Undergoes Successful Monitoring of the Strengthened Senior High School Grade 11 Curriculum

PANGAL SUR, ECHAGUE, ISABELA – Pangal Sur High School successfully monitored for the implementation of the Strengthened Senior High School (SHS) Curriculum, with a primary focus on the Grade 11 Curriculum, on July 15, 2026. The monitoring was led by our Echague South District In-Charge - Ma’am Remelyn M. Aclibon, School Principal III , as part of the Department of Education’s commitment to ensuring the effective implementation of the strengthened curriculum in public secondary schools.

During the activity, instructional practices, learning resources, and pertinent school documents related to the Grade 11 curriculum were reviewed to assess the school’s readiness and compliance with the standards of the Strengthened Senior High School Program. The monitoring also provided an opportunity for technical assistance, constructive feedback, and collaborative discussions aimed at enhancing instructional delivery and ensuring that learners receive quality, relevant, and competency-based education. It likewise recognized the collective efforts of the school administration, teachers, and staff in successfully implementing the curriculum reforms while identifying areas for continuous improvement.

Pangal Sur High School extends its sincere appreciation to Ma’am Remelyn M. Aclibon for her invaluable guidance, insightful recommendations, and unwavering support in advancing quality education within the district.

On June 30, 2026, Pangal Sur High School successfully conducted the receiving and distribution of teachers’ supplies funded under the Second Quarter Maintenance and Other Operating Expenses (MOOE). These supplies will greatly support our teachers in the delivery of quality instruction and in providing a more effective learning experience for our learners.
