Announcement:
San Salvador Elementary School is now accepting application for Teacher I position for School Year 2024-2025.
Teacher Applicant shall submit to the school head a written application, with the Applicant Number Indicated, supported by the following documents:
a. CSC Form 212 ( revised 2005 ) in 2 copies with the latest ID picture
b. Photocopy of PRC professional identification card or or a PRC certification showing the teacher's name, LET rating and other information recorded in the PRC Office
c. Photocopy of ratings obtained in the Licensure Examination for Teachers ( LET ) / Professional Board Examination for Teachers ( PBET)
d. Photocopy of Transcript of Records
e. Photocopy of Service Record / Certificate of employment, performance rating and and school clearance for those with teaching experience
f. Certificates of specialized training, if any
g. Certified copy of Voter's ID and / or any proof of residency as deemed acceptable by the School Screening Committee
h. NBI Clearance
i. Omnibus Certification of authenticity and veracity of all documents submitted, signed by the applicant
All documents must be compiled in a legal sized folder, properly labeled, with table of contents and pagination.
Original copies of the above documents shall be presented to the School Screening Committee to verify and certify as to completeness, veracity, accuracy and authenticity of documents.
Applicants should submit their pertinent documents in triplicate ( 3 separate folders) to the School Office.
