DICT Region 2 proudly supported Isabela State University in the conduct of its 16th ICT Roadshow, reaffirming its commitment to advancing digital transformation and youth empowerment.

On behalf of Assistant Secretary and Concurrent Regional Director Engr. Pinky T. Jimenez, a keynote message was delivered virtually by OIC Assistant Regional Director Engr. Magdalena D. Gomez, emphasizing the Department’s continued efforts to strengthen digital infrastructure and capacity development in the region.

Aligned with this vision, DICT remains a steadfast partner in equipping the youth of Isabela and the wider Cagayan Valley with the skills and opportunities needed to compete in the global digital landscape.
