2. ENROLLMENT FOCAL PERSON
Simula sa Ikatlong Linggo ng Hunyo (June 15-30, 2020):
Sa mga walang internet access o signal ng telepono kayo ay maaaring kumuha ng Learner’s Enrollment and Survey Form (LESF) na ibinigay ng mga Enrolment Focal Persons sa bawat barangay.
Ang mga LESF ay maaaring isumite sa kagawad ng inyong barangau na siyang “Chairman of Education Committee” at siya naman ang makikipag-ugnayan sa enrolment Focal Person upang ibalik ang mga LESF.
