𝗜𝗡 𝗣𝗛𝗢𝗧𝗢𝗦 | On May 15, 2026, the High School Department of J.H. Cerilles State College – Dumingag Campus successfully held its Moving Up and Recognition Day at the JHCSC Function Hall with the theme, “Filipino Learners: Prepared to Lead with Competence and Character.”

The event was graced by the Guest of Honor and Speaker, Ms. Jullie Ann A. Enot, DVM, who delivered an inspiring message to the graduates and awardees, encouraging them to pursue excellence and uphold good character in their future endeavors.

Students, together with their proud parents and guardians, received medals and certificates in recognition of their hard work and achievements for the Academic Year 2025–2026.

This meaningful celebration would not have been possible without the unwavering support of JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales, Dumingag Campus Director Dr. Moises Glenn G. Tangalin, High School Principal Ms. Rhivee Mae H. Conol, as well as the dedicated faculty, staff, parents, and students who contributed to the success of the event.

We are pleased to announce the official list of qualified incoming Grade 7 students for School Year 2026-2027 at the J.H. Cerilles State College - Dumingag Campus Laboratory High School.

All qualified students are required to visit the High School Department Office to confirm their intent to enroll and complete the early pre-enrollment profiling. The confirmation period will be from May 18 to May 21, 2026, during office hours only (8:00 AM–5:00 PM).

Please bring the following documents for processing:
* Original Report Card (Form 138) or Form 137

*Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate

*Original Certificate of Good Moral Character

For further instructions and additional requirements, please coordinate with the office staff.

December 9-10, 2025 — The four enchanted kingdoms of Hathoria, Adamya, Lireo and Sapiro marched into unity as High School Day 2025 crowned its newest pair of Campus royalty in celebration with the theme: Empowering Learners, Strengthening Bonds, and Championing Sportsmanship.”

In a pageant where poise met fantasy and confidence met, Jay Nicholas Demecillo of Hathoria, and Keziah Cuarto of Adamya claims the titles of Mr. and Ms. High School Day 2025.

Beyond the pageant spotlight, each kingdom showcased and dominated the stage with electrifying dance routines and impressive iconic transformation during "Your Face Sounds Familiar," proving that these students creativity and confidence shines as bright as any magical gems.

The two-day celebration became a reminder that talent, unity, and camaraderie are the true enchantments that bind the entire school community.

On May 5, 2025, the High School Department of J.H Cerilles State College-Dumingag Campus held Moving Up & Recognition Day with the theme "Generation of Unity: Partners for the New Philippines" at the JHCSC-Function Hall. The morning event covered the recognition of students from Grades 7 to 9, followed by the Moving-Up ceremony for Grade 10 students in the afternoon.

Students, accompanied by their parents and guardians, received medals and certificates for excellence in the School Year 2024-2025.

Furthermore, this event would not be possible without the support of JHCSC President Dr. Edgardo H. Rosales; Dumingag Campus Director Dr. Moises Glenn G. Tangalin; High School Principal Mrs. Levi A. Pacalioga, and all the faculty, staff, parents, and students.
