To the Honorable Municipal Office, headed by Municipal Mayor Richard R. Herrera, Vice Mayor Jennifer Adier, and all the Sangguniang Bayan members;
to our dedicated Barangay Officials, headed by Richard U. Dalabajan, along with all the Barangay Kagawad and Tanod;
to the wonderful Elementary Teachers, led by Mam Charita P. Cañete, whose contributions, especially with ribbons and certificates, were invaluable;
to our very own Capayas National High School Teachers headed by Sir Jay Abis, who dedicated their time and effort to prepare our athletes and grounds;
to the Health Workers, headed by Doc Earl Genobili and Barangay Midwife Arlene Macola;
to the Capayas National High School PTA Officials, led by Marilou Condesa, and all PTA members;
