Thinking of running for the Supreme Student Government? Your journey toward meaningful leadership begins with a clear understanding of the road ahead. Before you submit your candidacy, it is essential to meticulously review the official requirements and qualifications established for all aspiring student leaders.

These benchmarks are in place to ensure that our future representatives are not only passionate but also responsible, academically grounded, and fully prepared to serve the student body with the highest level of integrity. By upholding these standards, we ensure that our student government remains a strong, transparent, and effective pillar of the CTU-Dumanjug Extension Campus.

📋 Filing Requirements

For President and Vice President
To lead the student body at the highest level, candidates must provide:

Certificate of Good Moral Character: A copy to verify your standing.

Copy of COR: For the 2nd Semester A.Y. 2025–2026.

Leadership Proof: Photocopies of at least 3–5 certificates from seminars, leadership trainings, or related workshops.

Academic Record: Copy of your Grade Slip for the 1st Semester A.Y. 2025–2026.

Identification: A photocopy of your School ID and one 2x2 picture.

For Councilors
Aspiring councilors must prepare the following:

Certificate of Good Moral Character: A copy for verification.

Copy of COR: For the 2nd Semester A.Y. 2025–2026.

Leadership Proof: Photocopy of at least 1 certificate from a seminar or leadership training.
