Cebu Technological University – Dumanjug Extension Campus formally announces the official enrollment schedule for all incoming First Year, Second Year, Third Year, and Fourth Year students for the Academic Year 2026–2027.

To ensure a smooth, systematic, and organized enrollment process, all students are highly encouraged to strictly follow the designated schedules assigned to their respective programs and year levels. Students are likewise advised to prepare and complete all necessary enrollment requirements prior to their scheduled dates to avoid delays and inconveniences during the enrollment period.

The administration reminds all students to be guided accordingly and to coordinate with their respective program offices for further enrollment concerns and clarifications.

Changing of Office Schedule – CTU Dumanjug Registrar’s Office
In compliance with Memorandum Circular No. 114 on the implementation of the Four-Day Workweek, the CTU Dumanjug Registrar’s Office will be adopting a revised office schedule.
Effective immediately, the Registrar’s Office will operate on a compressed four-day work schedule, with extended office hours to ensure uninterrupted service delivery.
NEW OFFICE SCHEDULE:
🗓 Monday to Thursday
⏰ 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM
Please be advised that the office will be closed every Friday, except when otherwise announced or when special arrangements are made for critical services.
We encourage clients to plan their transactions accordingly. Rest assured, the Registrar’s Office remains committed to providing efficient and quality service under the new schedule.
