Admission Requirements:
(1) 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
• At least 18 years old on start of training
• Physically & mentally fit to undergo maritime training
• Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Enrollment (if applicable)
• Valid PSA Birth Certificate or Government-issued ID
• 2 pcs. passport-size photo (white background)
• Completed MDC Admission Form

In celebration of the Month of the Holy Rosary this year, MDC will be holding the 𝘾𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙘𝙝𝙞𝙨𝙢 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙮𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙛 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙃𝙤𝙡𝙮 𝙍𝙤𝙨𝙖𝙧𝙮 every day for this month of October 𝙛𝙧𝙤𝙢 𝟒:𝟎𝟎 𝒕𝒐 𝟓:𝟎𝟎 𝑷𝑴 at Our Lady of Fatima Chapel. We invite all Catholic members of our community to join in this solemn devotion. 💙
