Admission Requirements:
(1) 𝙂𝙚𝙣𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙡 𝙍𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙞𝙧𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙨:
• At least 18 years old on start of training
• Physically & mentally fit to undergo maritime training
• Transcript of Records (TOR) or Certificate of Enrollment (if applicable)
• Valid PSA Birth Certificate or Government-issued ID
• 2 pcs. passport-size photo (white background)
• Completed MDC Admission Form
