On July 29, 2026, our BPE majors gathered for an enriching Arnis Seminar and Workshop. We gained a deeper appreciation for the history of our national martial art and sharpened our skills in fundamental techniques and handling!

​Thank you to our BPE Advisers Kathleen Dellona and Shemdaryl Medez, as well as the PESO Officers, for spearheading this activity.
