To ensure a hassle-free clearance process, please complete the following:

🔹 STEP 1: Settle Your Requirements
✅ Organizational Fee
✅ ACI ID Number

🔹 STEP 2: Proceed to Clearance Signing
Present your clearance form and have it signed by the assigned officer once all requirements have been completed.

⚠️ Important Reminder
Please observe courtesy and professionalism when approaching signing officers. Any act of disrespect may result in the withholding of your clearance. In such cases, approval may only be granted by the Organization President.

📌 Don't wait until the last minute—complete your requirements early and secure your clearance on time!
