Some teachers have a way of making the classroom feel like a place where learners are heard, encouraged, and capable of more.

Today, we recognize 𝐌𝐚’𝐚𝐦 𝐑𝐢𝐜𝐬𝐲 𝐉𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐨, a Senior High School teacher at Camanjac National High School who teaches Oral Communication and Practical Research 1. Her students admire not only her passion for teaching and journalism but also the patience, kindness, and encouragement she brings into the classroom.

For her students, Ma’am Ricsy is more than a teacher and adviser. She is someone who makes them feel comfortable, supported, and confident that they can accomplish more than they think they can. 💙
