In the middle of pain, rejection, and unanswered attempts to get help, I realized that healing doesn’t always come the way we expect—but it always comes in God’s perfect time. What felt like endless suffering became a moment of surrender, and Jesus met me there. He is not just the God who listens—He is the God who heals. If you’re in a season of waiting, in pain, or feeling forgotten, hold on. I’ve seen firsthand that nothing is too hard for Him. Keep trusting. Your healing is coming.

It’s important to remember that not everyone is always doing okay, and sometimes the people around you might be struggling more than you can see.
That’s why it’s so important to be a buddy, not a bully. Kindness in your actions and words can make a huge difference in someone’s day, whether it’s in person, online, or behind someone’s back.
Bullying, whether physical, social, or emotional, can have lasting effects, and it’s never okay. By choosing empathy, understanding, and support, you can create a safe and positive environment for everyone, and you might even help someone feel better when they need it the most.

"We are not always okay, and that's okay."
Life is a journey filled with ups and downs, twists and turns. Sometimes, we find ourselves facing challenges that seem overwhelming, or we may feel like we're not living up to our own expectations or those of others. In these moments, it's important to remember that it's okay not to be okay all the time.
Every emotion and experience we go through is valid and meaningful. It's okay to feel sad, confused, or lost. These feelings are a natural part of being human. What's important is how we respond to them.
Instead of trying to hide our struggles or pretend everything is fine, we can embrace our vulnerabilities and reach out for support. Talking to a friend, family member, or professional can make a world of difference. Seeking help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
Remember, you are not alone in your journey. Others have faced similar challenges and have come out stronger on the other side. Give yourself the compassion and understanding you deserve. Take small steps towards healing and growth, and trust that brighter days are ahead.
So, if you're feeling overwhelmed or not okay right now, know that it's temporary. Keep going, be kind to yourself, and believe in your ability to overcome whatever comes your way. You are resilient, and you have the Courage within you to navigate through life's storms and emerge stronger than ever.
