I hate running. ⚠️
Early this year February to be exact i started my walking 5km 4x a week, i remember clearly i cant even jog 100m straight coz im out of breath.
This September I ran my 1st 21km 🏃🏻‍♀️💪🏼

Running turned my small wins into a habit that makes it easier to show up for your next workout. Running allowed me to grow and face my fears.
