ON APPROVED ON-CAMPUS AND OFF-CAMPUS ACTIVITIES

Following the issuance of Executive Order No. 51 and the forecast of heavy rainfall until the weekends, all on-campus and off-campus activities approved by the Student Organization and Activities Division (SOAD) has been suspended.

Online activities are still allowed to push through.

Activities done physically are pending until the lifting of the University's memo on class suspension.

Revocation of Approved Permits:

All outdoor activities(on/off campus) scheduled for April 6-7 where participants are directly exposed to the heat of the sun - approvals are revoked.

Security Guards are given special permission to stop campus events onsite.
