CBRC Dumaguete

Balita Review Center (CBRC) is an off-shoot of the review experience of its founder who started in the review industry in 1993 while he was faculty of the graduate school and college of nursing of the Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila. Dr Carl Balita’s fifteen (15) years of review experience, six (6) years of university academic experience, and five (5) years of Deanship were perceived sufficient credibility to evolve a review center in 2004, which is now branded as Dr Carl Balita Review Center. CBRC is a company duly organized under Philippine laws, registered at the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), recognized by Commission on Higher Education (CHED) to Operate as Review Center with two Permits, No. 10 and 11 series of 2008. CBRC was among the first review centers recognized by CHED and was used as a benchmark. As part of the CEB Group of Companies, CBRC is a member of the Philippine Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PCCI) and is one of the founding directors of the Review Center Association of the Philippines (ReCAP), an organization of review centers recognized by the government which advocates integrity and credibility in the review industry. CBRC has established itself with a corporate organizational set-up operating under a quality-oriented management system and processes, with a centralized operation in Metro Manila,.CBRC also has service centers in Baguio City, San Fernando La Union, Dagupan City Pangasinan, Tarlac City, Balanga Bataan, Naga City, Cebu City and Roxas City.
