The Bible says the first time God destroyed the earth by water and he promised to never do that again. (The real meaning of the Rainbow) he went on to say I will destroy it by fire the second time. I won’t even pretend I understand all of the book of Revelation, but I do understand quite plainly that I do wish to spend eternity in Heaven. I have been hearing about the second coming of Christ and the events unfolding since I was a child. The "Mark of the Beast" Artificial Intelligence, microchips, no cash/digital currency, total government dependency/control. When we are raising a family, working long hours, some two jobs, lots of things go unnoticed or just get ignored. No one can comprehend how bad it will be, but we see it happening, bit by bit, on the news everyday. While the devil is preparing people for the Anti Christ, God is preparing people for the Rapture. I don’t know when the rapture will take place but I know that I’m not planning to be left behind when that trumpet sounds! I also believe right now that God is giving us a chance to turn our lives around and live according to His Will. We need to get the Gospel message out! Until the Good Lord calls me away from this world to go home, I want to make it clear that I believe in Jesus Christ as The One and Only True Lord and Savior. Despite the fact that I am human, and I fail a lot, I believe that Jesus is the Son of God.

This is the best challenge I have seen on Facebook, so if the Holy Spirit moves you and you’re not ashamed, just COPY, and make this your status update. I’m a believer in God The Father, Jesus The Son, and The Holy Spirit. Amen❤️

HB No. 9764 Extending the PIC Validity to Five Years
Approved by Lower House

Good news to all Filipino Professionals!

Aiming to support the Professional Regulation Commission’s (PRC) thrust to provide improved if not the best services to Filipino professionals, the PRC’s proposal to extend the validity period of the Professional Identification Cards (PIC) from three (3) years to five (5) years have been approved by the House of Representatives through House Bill (HB) No. 9764. Under the leadership of Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez, the bill was duly approved by the House on the third and final reading last 21 February 2024. The approved House bill will be transmitted to the Senate for further law enactment process.

Submitted and sponsored by Chairperson Kristine Alexie B. Tutor, Committee on Civil Service and Professional Regulation, along with its members: Representatives Edwin L. Olivarez, Angelo Marcos Barba, Paul R. Daza, Marissa “Del Mar” Magsino, Ciriaco B. Gato, Jr., Gabriel H. Bordado, Jr. as authors, HB 9764 which seeks to promote convenience to the transacting public by bestowing five (5) years validity to PICs is an affirmation of a positive citizenry advocacy of the nation’s legislative body.

As envisioned, the spreading out of the number of active professionals over five (5) years will lessen the renewal transactions per year. The PIC validity extension will also ease the pressure on the appointment system since fewer professionals will be renewing their PICs, and finally, it will make CPD compliance easier since five (5) years will allow a longer period within which to comply with requirements.

Together, for a “Bagong Pilipinas”, the PRC and our legislators will ensure that not a single Filipino Professional will be left out of service excellency!

The Bible says, "For whatever a man sows, this he will also reap." In short, when we're hard on others, they tend to be hard on us. It's the law of the harvest. When we plant tomatoes, we don't get squash, for the harvest never lies.

What kind of seeds are we sowing and what kind of harvest are we reaping? Let's remember...in life, we reap what we sow.

Almighty Father, just as You have guided all those who love You in the past, we know our lives too are being lovingly directed by You. Our faith is small but, God, BE our strength, our Portion, our Deliverer - always today and forever... in Jesus precious name we pray, Amén!

ACTS

When it comes to having an effective prayer quiet time, we should always begin by reading the Word of God. Then, when we begin to pray, It is recommend using the ACTS method—an acronym to help keep our prayer time focused. ACTS stands for:

Adoration
Confession
Thanksgiving
Supplication

We start our prayer time in "A" = ADORATION—loving and worshiping God, adoring Him for who He is. We don’t just love Him for what He does, but rather for who He is. Since He is God, He is the One that receives our worship, our adoration.

The "C" stands for CONFESSION. Scripture talks about being right with God: “Create in me a clean heart …” (Psalm 51:10). If there is something we need to get right with God then confess it, ask Him to forgive us, and to commit to NOT repeating the same mistakes over and over.

The "T" stands for THANKSGIVING. This is when we take time to reflect on all that God has done for us and we respond by showing our thankfulness. God says that when His people are thankful to Him, this is a form of worship that moves the heart of God.

The "S" stands for SUPPLICATION. This is when we present our requests to the Lord. This is not requesting God to do what we want Him to do for us but rather requesting God to align our request according to His perfect will.

That is ACTS: Adoration, Confession, Thanksgiving and Supplication.

Let us encourage one another to pray by using ACTS to guide our prayer time, this way we can take our prayer life deeper into God's plan. May God bless us as we seek Him.

Update on SAP from the President of the Federation of Associations of Private Schools and Administrators (FAPSA), Eleazardo Kasilag:

The chief of staff of Sen B**g Go, Gelo Villar, just called us and we had a little discussion about our SAP appeal for all.
He told me that there is really the 300M in Bayanihan 2 allotted for displaced private school teachers from basic up to higher ed.
We told him most, if not all, of us are considered displaced. In fact, around 800 schools closed and we are now catering to half of our usual enrollees. And, our local APSA can help local SDO to distribute, if request is granted, to facilitate transparent and honest to goodness release of the fund. He said they will discuss it.
