She is currently admitted to Negros Polymedics Hospital and is facing a long road to recovery, including necessary surgeries for the injuries she sustained.

The Silliman University College of Education proudly celebrates 25 Latin Honorees from the Teacher Education and Nutrition and Dietetics Departments.

Of these distinguished graduates, 13 earned Magna Cum Laude honors, while 12 achieved Cum Laude, which speaks of a tradition of academic excellence, discipline, and purpose embodying the Sillimanian spirit.

𝐅𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐥𝐨𝐮𝐝 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐢𝐧𝐟𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐥𝐚𝐮𝐠𝐡𝐭𝐞𝐫 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐥𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞𝐬 𝐭𝐨 𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐥𝐟, the Teacher Education Students held their Interpersonal Retreat on March 13,2025 giving the TED Students a moment to take a pause from their academic journey and see themselves through the mirror reflecting life's purpose.

As future educators, we are called not only to teach but also to understand life’s adversities with courage, empathy, and resilience. Through shared experiences, sincere conversations, and and meaningful activities, this retreat becomes a space where friendships are strengthened, hearts are inspired, and purpose is renewed.
