The three-day congress brought together delegates from ๐˜๐Œ๐‚๐€ ๐‹๐ž๐ฒ๐ญ๐ž, ๐˜๐Œ๐‚๐€ ๐๐š๐œ๐จ๐ฅ๐จ๐, ๐˜๐Œ๐‚๐€ ๐‚๐ž๐›๐ฎ ๐š๐ง๐ ๐˜๐Œ๐‚๐€ ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐ฎ๐ž๐ญ๐ž, with representatives from ๐Œ๐ž๐ญ๐ซ๐จ ๐ƒ๐ฎ๐ฆ๐š๐ ๐ฎ๐ž๐ญ๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ž and ๐•๐ข๐ฅ๐ฅ๐š๐Ÿ๐ฅ๐จ๐ซ๐ž๐ฌ ๐‚๐จ๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ž๐ ๐ž, ๐“๐š๐ง๐ฃ๐š๐ฒ ๐‚๐ข๐ญ๐ฒ.

Beyond the sessions and activities, the congress provided an opportunity for delegates to meet new people, build friendships, communicate, share experiences, and create meaningful memories together. The bonds formed throughout the three days made the experience even more memorable and meaningful.

From inspiring plenary sessions and workshops to the Youth Innovation Challenge, action planning, Visayas Youth Declaration, and Pledge of Commitment, every activity encouraged young leaders to strengthen their voices, develop their ideas, and take action toward positive change.

The congress brought together college student leaders from different YMCA chapters across the Visayas. The delegation proudly represented YMCA Dumaguete, gaining valuable knowledge, building meaningful connections, and embracing the YMCA's vision of youth leadership rooted in service, integrity, and excellence.

The three-day congress focused on strengthening youth leadership, discussing pressing community issues, fostering collaboration, and inspiring participants to create meaningful action for their communities.
