𝗚𝘂𝗺𝗮𝗵𝗮𝗱, Provincial Director of TESDA Negros Oriental, whose continued leadership strengthens technical–vocational education in our community. The celebration was further enriched by the support of 𝗞𝗿𝘆𝘀𝘁𝗹𝗲 𝗝𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝗕𝗮𝘁𝗼, OIC Division Chief of DTI Negros Oriental, whose commitment to workforce and enterprise development continues to empower our learners.

The occasion was made even more meaningful through the presence of 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝗲𝘀 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗽𝘀𝗼𝗻, Workpod Executive Director and our Resource Speaker, whose inspiring message motivated our graduates as they prepare for the world of work. Our heartfelt appreciation is also extended to 𝗟𝘂𝗰𝗵𝗶𝗲 𝗕. The Training Induction Program (TIP) for Bookkeeping NC III (Batch 1) and Electronic Products Assembly and Servicing (Batch 1) NC II, conducted under the Training for Work Scholarship Program (TWSP), serves as a vital orientation session designed to ensure that trainees clearly understand the program’s objectives, policies, and expectations.

This induction enables participants to become familiar with the training environment, Technical Education and Skills Development Authority (TESDA) guidelines, and the benefits provided under the TWSP. The TIP was facilitated by the TESDA Provincial Director, Fletcher B. Gumahad. Following the induction, Mrs. Angelica A. Zambrano (bookkeeping trainer) and Dr. Michael A. Guiuan (EPAS trainer) met with their respective trainees to provide guidance on creating their accounts in the BSRS.
