Earlier at 7:00 AM today, August 14, 2026, our school community gathered as one family for our August Monthly Holy Mass!

Offering our morning to the Lord is our beautiful way of asking for wisdom, strength, and protection for all our students, teachers, and staff as we navigate this academic month.

We extend our deepest gratitude to our mass presider, Rev. Fr. Leonilo Torres, and to everyone who served in the liturgy. May the grace of the Holy Eucharist guide our campus throughout the rest of August!

AMPLIFYING TEACHERS' VOICES FOR BETTER LEARNING!

Today, Babajuba Elementary School successfully received 10 Central Office Procured Lapel Voice Amplifiers during our distribution program!

We extend our sincere gratitude to the DepEd Central Office, Schools Division Office of Dumaguete City, and our assigned personnel—Dr. Judith O. Mapue, Ms. Marestela Deluvio, and Mr. Rey Cordura—for personally delivering these essential tools to our 10 hardworking teachers.

These lapel amplifiers will greatly ease the daily strain on our teachers' voices and ensure that every lesson is delivered clearly and effectively to our learners.

📢 CLASS SUSPENSION ANNOUNCEMENT

Please be informed that classes at all levels (both public and private) in the Province of Negros Oriental are SUSPENDED on Friday, August 7, 2026, pursuant to Executive Order No. 50, Series of 2026 issued by Governor Manuel L. Sagarbarria.

This temporary suspension comes upon the recommendation of the Integrated Provincial Health Office due to a reported increase in cases of Conjunctivitis (Sore Eyes), allowing time for campus-wide disinfection and sanitation as well as preventing further spread among students and staff.

Health & Safety Reminders:
• 🧼 Practice frequent and proper handwashing.
• 🚫 Avoid sharing personal items (towels, eye drop bottles, handkerchiefs, etc.).
• 🤝 Refrain from unnecessary close physical contact or touching your eyes.
• 🩺 Seek immediate medical consultation if symptoms appear.
