Celebrating Women in Mathematics ๐ฉ๐ปโ๐ซ๐ฉ๐พโ๐ป๐ต๐ปโโ๏ธ๐ฉ๐ผโ๐
As part of the CAS Lecture Series for National Womenโs Month, the Mathematics Department and the BSMath Society successfully hosted a lecture titled โThe Historical and Modern Pioneers: A Celebration of Women in Mathematics.โ
We are grateful to have Ms. Marrah Shane E. Gaer as our resource speaker, who took us on a journey through the lives of women who shaped the world of numbers. The event was supported by our CAS Dean, Dr. Priscilla S. Cielo, the Mathematics Department faculty led by Dr. Jacel Angeline V. Lingcong, and our dedicated BS Mathematics students.
Happy National Womenโs Month!
