Pursuant to CHED Memorandum No. 853, series of 2026, and in support of the proposed enhancement of the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) under Senate Bill No. 1894 and Republic Act No. 10931 or the “Universal Access to Quality Tertiary Education Act,” the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is conducting a survey on the daily and monthly expenses incurred by college students.

From emergency meetings to events nga hapit na macancel. From carrying pressure that was never ours to begin with to slowly rebuilding the name of the organization one effort at a time. This year was not easy. But 𝗕𝗦𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗛 𝗦𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗲𝘁𝘆 chose to stay. To serve. To show up even when things were messy behind the curtains.

And by God’s grace, those silent battles turned into something beautiful.

During the evaluation process, our organization was represented by our

𝑽𝒊𝒄𝒆 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝘡𝘩𝘢𝘯𝘯𝘢 𝘋𝘶𝘦𝘯 𝘉𝘶𝘤𝘪𝘰,
𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝑺𝒆𝒄𝒓𝒆𝒕𝒂𝒓𝒚, 𝘏𝘦𝘢𝘷𝘦𝘯 𝘑𝘦𝘢𝘯 𝘕𝘶𝘦𝘷𝘢.
We did not carry perfect stories into that room. We carried real ones. Stories filled with sacrifices, lessons, laughter, failures, pressure, friendship, and passion for the organization we deeply love.

More than the recognition itself, this became proof that the organization is growing into something greater than what people expected it to be. We may be known for formulas, theorems, and solving equations, but this year reminded us that 𝐵𝑆 𝑀𝑎𝑡ℎ𝑒𝑚𝑎𝑡𝑖𝑐𝑠 students can also lead, create, serve, and rise beyond limits.

We also extend our deepest gratitude to our adviser, 𝘿𝙧. 𝙅𝙤𝙚𝙢𝙖𝙧 𝙀𝙣𝙙𝙖𝙢, for the guidance, patience, support, and genuine care he has shown throughout the journey. Thank you for believing in us even during the seasons when we were still learning how to believe in ourselves.

And to 𝒆𝒗𝒆𝒓𝒚 𝒐𝒇𝒇𝒊𝒄𝒆𝒓, 𝒎𝒆𝒎𝒃𝒆𝒓, 𝒂𝒏𝒅 𝒔𝒖𝒑𝒑𝒐𝒓𝒕𝒆𝒓, this recognition belongs to all of us. Every sleepless preparation, every small contribution, every sacrifice mattered. You helped repaint the story of this organization little by little.

Lastly, to our 𝑷𝒓𝒆𝒔𝒊𝒅𝒆𝒏𝒕, 𝗖𝘆𝗿𝗶𝗹 𝗣𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗿, thank you for leading with both strength and understanding. A leader who carried pressure quietly but still found ways to make everyone laugh in the middle of chaos. What a beautiful way to say:
