As the Diploma Program Coordinator of the Kinaadman Department of Foundation University, this achievement reflects his dedication, perseverance, and commitment to academic excellence.

His research study entitled “Analysis of Access, Completion, and Academic Success in TESDA Diploma Programs in Tourism and Hospitality in Negros Oriental” is a meaningful contribution to education and skills development in the province.
