CALL FOR SUBMISSION OF TES-3B REIMBURSEMENT APPLICATIONS!!

Attention TES Graduates of 2023, 2024, and 2025!
The Commission on Higher Education is now calling for the submission of requirements for the Tertiary Education Subsidy (TES) – TES-3B Reimbursement for qualified graduates who incurred expenses related to their licensure examinations.
Eligible TES graduates from the batches of 2023, 2024, and 2025 are encouraged to prepare and submit the following pertinent documents in accordance with Memorandum Circular No. 02, Series of 2024:

REQUIRED DOCUMENTS:

A. Annex 3: Request for Availment of TES-3B
• To be accomplished and submitted by TES Grantees

B. Annex 3.1: TES-3B Forms
• To be submitted by Higher Education Institutions (HEIs) to CHED Regional Offices

C. Supporting Documents for Licensure Examination Expenses
Original Receipts (ORs) or Invoices for any of the following:
✔️ Licensure examination fees
✔️ Notarial fees
✔️ Review center fees
✔️ Insurance premium fees
✔️ Transcript of Records (TOR)
✔️ Certificate of Good Moral Character
✔️ Issuances from PSA, BIR, and NBI, as applicable, including:
• Birth Certificate
• Marriage Certificate
• Documentary Stamp
• NBI Clearance
• Other related documents
✔️ Other expenses from entities or institutions necessary to comply with the requirements of the licensure examination

D. Additional Requirements for Verification of Document Authenticity

The Scholarship Office is pleased to announce that the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) is now accepting applications for the Expanding Access to Scholarships for Equity Groups (EASE) Program for Academic Year 2026–2027.

The EASE Program aims to provide educational assistance to qualified students belonging to identified Scholarship Equity Groups (SEGs), helping them pursue and complete their college education.

Application Period:
June 24, 2026 – July 31, 2026

Who may apply?
Qualified incoming first-year college students who belong to any recognized Scholarship Equity Group (SEG), including underprivileged and homeless citizens, and individuals covered under the Magna Carta for the Poor, among others.

Important Reminder:
Submitting a TES application does not automatically guarantee eligibility or approval.
All applications will undergo screening and evaluation, and acceptance is subject to qualifications and availability of funds.
Students who are currently receiving TES, TDP, or other government grants/scholarships are ineligible to apply to prevent duplication of benefits.

Further, the allocation of TES slots to qualified student applicants from both public and private higher education institutions (HEIs) will follow the prioritization order approved by the UniFAST Governing Board through Resolution No. 2024-019, and subject to the availability of funds:

1. Students under the most updated Listahanan from DSWD for SUCs, LUCs, Private HEIs, and other Private HEIs in cities/municipalities with No SUCs or LUCs (PNSL);

2. Students included in the 4Ps, ranked according to household per capita income for all SUCs, LUCs, Private HEIs, and PNSLs; and,

3. The remaining slots will be allocated to other poor students in PNSLs who are not included in the 1st and 2nd prioritization categories.
