The newly improved Feeding Center of West City Exceptional Child Learning Center stands as a testament to what can be accomplished when hearts, hands, and minds work together toward a common goal.

This project reflects our collective belief that every learner deserves a safe and nurturing environment where they can thrive. Through collaboration, dedication, and genuine concern for our children, we have transformed a vision into a reality.

Our badminton shuttlers delivered an incredible performance on the court at the West Cluster Meet! Special congratulations to Grade 6 students Aludiella and Thia for taking home first place as Champions in the Girlsโ€™ Doubles Division!

We also celebrate Elliesandrea (Grade 4) for securing third place in Girlsโ€™ Singles, as well as Elijah and Christian (Grade 6) for bagging third place in Boysโ€™ Doubles.

We also proudly recognize Liam, Alexi, and Lera for participating in the badminton tournaments and representing our school with dedication, sportsmanship, and pride.

Congratulations to our outstanding student-athletes for their hard work and agility! A big thank you to our coaches, T. Jhea and T. Serlyn, and supportive parents for cheering them on every step of the way. We are so proud of you all!

Serving Up New Sports at the West Cluster Meet!

Pickleball officially made its exciting debut as a demo sport at this year's West Cluster Meet! As a newly introduced event being showcased through two years of exhibition games, pickleball is paving the way to potentially become an official competition in future Palarong Pambansa meets. While demo sports are exhibition games meant for promotion and are not included in the contingent's overall medal tally, the experience and exposure are priceless!

Huge congratulations to our brilliant chess players for their outstanding performance at the West Cluster Meet 2026! Special praise goes to Grade 4 Special Science Program (SPS) student Ma-el for bringing home 2nd Place in the Individual Chess Boys' Tournament and teaming up with Cydd (Grade 5 SPS) to secure 2nd Place overall for West City Exceptional Child Learning Center in the Team Division.

A warm round of applause also goes to our Grade 6 students Rozenbeth and Ayella for proudly representing our school in the Chess Girls' Division!

At West City Exceptional Child Learning Center, every child deserves to feel safe, respected, and valued. To strengthen our commitment to a nurturing and inclusive learning environment, our School Head, Ma'am Suzette P. Bagnol, personally visited classrooms to orient our learners on the school's Anti-Bullying Policy, helping them understand the importance of kindness, respect, and standing up for what is right.

More than a set of rules, our Anti-Bullying Policy is a promise to protect every learner and create a school culture where acceptance and compassion thrive. Through the leadership of Ma'am Suzette P. ๐Ÿ“š๐Ÿค A REMARKABLE PARTNERSHIP FOR OUR CHILDREN AND FAMILIES ๐Ÿค๐Ÿ“š

Today marks a significant milestone for West City Exceptional Child Learning Center as we officially entered into a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) with Negros Oriental State University (NORSU) for the extension project "Empowering Parents in Caring for Their Children with Intellectual Disability (ID) and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)."

Through this remarkable partnership, our parents will benefit from a comprehensive 50-hour training program, divided into five sessions, designed to equip them with valuable knowledge, practical strategies, and deeper understanding in supporting the unique needs of their children. This initiative reinforces our shared commitment to empowering families, strengthening home-school collaboration, and creating more inclusive opportunities for every child to thrive.
