UNCLAIMED TES GRANT – BATCH 1.1

1st Semester, AY 2025–2026

The following TES grantees are requested to claim their unclaimed TES grant at the Registrar’s Office.

📅 Deadline: On or before September 28, 2026
📍 Where: Registrar’s Office

WHAT TO BRING

For the Grantee:
📌2 photocopies of School ID with 3 fresh specimen signatures using a blue ballpen

For an Authorized Representative (must be a nearest relative, such as parent or sibling):
📌2 copies of an Authorization Letter stating the relationship to the grantee
📌2 photocopies of the authorized representative’s valid ID
📌2 photocopies of the grantee’s School ID

⚠️ IMPORTANT: After September 28, 2026, all unclaimed TES allowances will no longer be available for claiming and will be returned to UniFAST.

🎓 **For TES Grantees – Graduates of 2024 and 2025**

The **TES 3B Reimbursement** is a one-time reimbursement available to TES grantees who took the **Licensure/Board Examination**.

Qualified grantees are requested to submit the following requirements:

📌 **Requirements:**
• Letter of Availment for TES 3B – to be filled out by the grantee
• PRC Application Form and Electronic Official Receipt for the Licensure Examination Fee
• Official Receipts for Review Center Fees (Should be Original)
• Other Official Receipts for expenses necessary to comply with licensure examination requirements
