On October 30, 2024, the Marian community celebrated the Living Rosary in front of the college building, where the statue of Mother of Divine Grace stands proudly. This cherished tradition honors the month of the Holy Rosary and unites students, faculty, and families in a shared act of devotion.
Marian students from various levels participated enthusiastically, with little angels from Basic Education bringing a touch of innocence and joy to the event. Selected high school and college students portrayed different aspects of Mary, embodying her grace and spirit, which deeply resonated with the audience.
The celebration was further enriched by the presence of parents, who showed their support and devotion by attending and participating in the ceremony. Their involvement highlighted the strong sense of community and shared faith that characterizes the Marian tradition.
Additionally, the Franciscan Sisters of the Sacred Hearts, along with teachers, played a vital role in guiding the ceremony, reminding everyone of the significance of the Rosary in their spiritual lives. Together, the community engaged in heartfelt prayers and meditations, creating an atmosphere of reverence and unity. They prayed for the success of the upcoming PRISAA event in December and for guidance during the anticipated arrival of Typhoon Leon.
The event concluded with a thank-you speech from the School Directress, Sr. Rhia Jamandre, who also helped organize the celebration. Indeed, this gathering not only honored Mary but also strengthened the bonds within the Marian community, fostering a sense of togetherness and spiritual growth as they looked forward to the blessings of the coming month and the major events at Mater Divinae Gratiae College, Inc.
