ALTERNATIVE WORK ARRANGEMENTS FOR GOVERNMENT OFFICES, ALTERNATIVE LEARNING MODES FOR SCHOOLS ON AUGUST 20

Pursuant to Memorandum Circular No. 131, government offices are directed to implement appropriate alternative work arrangements in the National Capital Region and the following provinces on August 20, 2026:

📍 National Capital Region (NCR)
📍 Abra
📍 Benguet
📍 Ilocos Norte
📍 Ilocos Sur
📍 La Union
📍 Pangasinan
📍 Bataan
📍 Bulacan
📍 Nueva Ecija
📍 Pampanga
📍 Tarlac
📍 Zambales
📍 Batangas
📍 Cavite
📍 Laguna
📍 Rizal
📍 Occidental Mindoro

Unless otherwise directed by their respective Local Chief Executives, alternative learning modes for classes and learning continuity measures at all levels in public and private schools shall be implemented in the aforementioned areas.

Agencies involved in the delivery of basic and health services, disaster preparedness and response, and other vital services shall continue their operations and render the necessary services.

Contract of Service (COS) and Job Order (JO) workers placed under alternative work arrangements shall be paid their corresponding wages or salaries, subject to applicable rules and regulations.

The suspension of work or adoption of alternative work arrangements in the private sector shall be left to the discretion of management.

EPHS CONDUCTS SCHOOL-BASED LEARNING ACTION CELL (SLAC) SESSION

Nagsagawa ang Esteban Paulino High School (EPHS) ng isang makabuluhang School-Based Learning Action Cell (SLAC) Session na nakatuon sa DepEd Order No. 015, s. 2026: Revised Guidelines on Classroom Assessment, Grading System, and Awards and Recognition for the K to 12 Basic Education Program.

Bilang mga tagapagsalita, ibinahagi nina Ma’am Kristine Joy P. Evangelista at Sir Darwin C. Inducil ang mahahalagang kaalaman at gabay upang higit na mapalalim ang pag-unawa ng mga g**o sa mga bagong alituntunin sa classroom assessment, grading system, at awards and recognition.

Ang makabuluhang gawaing ito ay naisakatuparan sa pamamagitan ng suporta at pagsisikap ng ating butihing School Head, Sir Arnold P. Gamboa, na patuloy na nagsusulong ng professional development at patuloy na pagkatuto ng mga g**o ng EPHS.

Sa sama-samang pagkatuto at pagbabahagi ng kaalaman, patuloy nating pinatitibay ang kalidad ng pagtuturo at pagkatuto para sa bawat ESPINIAN.

Masayang tinanggap ng mga g**o ng Esteban Paulino High School ang mga Lapel Voice Amplifiers na mula sa Department of Education (DepEd).

Ang mga kagamitang ito ay magsisilbing dagdag na suporta sa mga g**o upang mas maging malinaw at epektibo ang kanilang pagtuturo at pakikipag-ugnayan sa mga mag-aaral.

Pinangunahan ni Sir Arnold P. Gamboa, School Head, ang pagtanggap ng mga kagamitang ito kasama ang mga g**o ng EPHS.

Isang hakbang tungo sa mas episyente, mas malinaw, at mas makabuluhang pagkatuto para sa bawat ESPINIAN! 💙💛

Alinsunod sa PDRRMC MEMORANDUM DRF 08092026-510, ipinababatid sa lahat na SUSPENDIDO ANG KLASE SA LAHAT NG ANTAS sa buong Lalawigan ng Bulacan ngayong Agosto 10, 2026, bunsod ng patuloy na epekto ng Habagat na nagdudulot ng malalakas na pag-ulan sa lalawigan.
