Human trafficking is a serious violation of human rights that exploits the vulnerability of individuals for profit. Through Republic ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ก๐ผ. ๐ต๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ด (๐๐ป๐๐ถ-๐ง๐ฟ๐ฎ๐ณ๐ณ๐ถ๐ฐ๐ธ๐ถ๐ป๐ด ๐ถ๐ป ๐ฃ๐ฒ๐ฟ๐๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐๐ฐ๐ ๐ผ๐ณ ๐ฎ๐ฌ๐ฌ๐ฏ), as amended by Republic Act No. 10364 (Expanded Anti-Trafficking in Persons Act of 2012), the Philippines strengthens its commitment to preventing trafficking, protecting victims, and prosecuting offenders.
