Presentation of YES-O Initiatives

Another group of student leaders paid a courtesy visit to the School Principal to present and discuss the Youth for Environment in Schools Organization (YES-O) initiatives together with their coordinator.

A total of 70 chairs were generously donated by Dipolog Community School, Inc. through their School Principal, Ms. Josefina S. Tan.

Presentation of Barkada Kontra Droga(BKD) Initiatives

Student leaders visited the Office of the School Principal to discuss BKD initiatives that promote a safe, healthy, and drug-free school community. All proposed activities are designed to complement learning without disrupting instructional time. Through these efforts, our BKD officers continue to promote positive values, peer support, and responsible decision-making among learners.

Punta NHS Cares

Through the initiative of our School Principal Ma'am Glirod Jane T. Tindugan and the generosity of Punta NHS faculty and staff, we have sent donations to our fellow Mindanaons affected by the recent earthquake. Thank you to everyone who shared from their hearts—your kindness and compassion make a difference.
Indeed, a little goes a long way.

Earlier today, Punta National High School actively participated in the National Simultaneous Earthquake Drill (NSED), demonstrating preparedness and resilience through both horizontal and vertical evacuation procedures under the guidance of SDRRM Coordinator Ms. Coleen Montederamos with our School Principal Ma'am Glirod Jane T. Tindugan.

Students and staff calmly moved to designated safe areas, following established safety protocols. This was followed by a meaningful debriefing and reflection session, where key learnings were discussed to strengthen our school’s disaster readiness and response.

A strong reminder that preparedness saves lives.
