With grateful hearts, the JRMSU College of Law family honors the life of our dear student, classmate, and friend, Jeff Steven Dela Cerna Lampinez. 🤍
Through the generosity and compassion of many, we were able to raise support to help his family during this time of profound loss. Every message, prayer, and contribution became a source of comfort and strength for those he left behind.
Jeff will always be remembered for his warmth, his genuine smile, and the kindness he shared so freely. Though he is gone, the impact of his life continues to live on in all of us.
On behalf of the JRMSU College of Law, we extend our deepest gratitude to everyone who stood with his family.

The JRMSU College of Law community expresses its deepest gratitude to Atty. Euney Marie J. Mata-Perez and her family for their generous donation of law books. In the study of law, a book is not merely a collection of pages, but a bridge between the wisdom of the past and the justice of the future. By sharing these resources, you are directly investing in the integrity and excellence of the next generation of the Philippine Bar.

The second- and third-year JRMSU Law Student Practitioners commemorated the Christmas season through a purposeful visitation at the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth (RRCY), engaging with children in conflict with the law. Informed by legal education and guided by empathy, the activity embodied the ideals of restorative justice—affirming that the law is not merely a system of rules, but a human institution that seeks understanding, protects dignity, and fosters hope for rehabilitation and renewed beginnings. ⚖️
